It is indicated for the treatment of adults with mild to moderate infections caused by susceptible strains of the designated microorganisms in the following infections. (a) Acute bacterial exacerbations of chronic bronchitis. (b) Community acquired Pneumonia. (c) Uncomplicated skin and skin structure infections. (d) Acute, uncomplicated urethral and cervical gonorrhea (e) Nongonococcal urethiritis and cervicitis (f) Mixed infections of the urethra and cervix (g) Acute pelvic inflammatory disease (including severe infection). (h) Uncomplicated cystitis (i) Complicated urinary tract infections. (j) Prostatitis
